During some interviews the important confidentiality question passed our conversation.
My aim is to have the best possible outcomes which reflect daily practice of the interviewees. So to create this open atmosphere of trust and confidentiality, I will ensure and guarantee that no one can recognize which person and/or particular organizational context is analyzed.
In addition to this potential publications will be reviewed by internal ethical authority of University of Twente before submitting. This authority is keen on protecting personal names and company names.
