Agile methods

The most prevalent agile methods used in transformed organizations is Scrum. Most of the time related to softwareor product development. The second most mentioned agile method is Extreme Programming, which is often combined with Scrum. Lean software development is used in combination with Scrum. Other agile methods mentioned are Unified Process 1, Adaptive Development Methodology (ADM) and Rapid Application Development.
